Cleaning and reflecting station<\/div>
is an electronically controlled device for cleaning and bouncing bottom steel rings from DN300 - DN1500. The device is equipped with a sleeper bouncing section, a mobile manipulator and a feeding table, which in full automation mode centers itself and clamps the bottom sleepers, which are then directed to the cleaning chamber. After the cleaning stage is finished, the underlay is transported to the right place, where it is stacked and waited for further use.\n\nPrecise cleaning is possible by carefully rolling a wire brush over the contour of the underlay. The cleaner cabin is equipped with a rising curtain, which completely isolates the operator from the risk of loss of health. The suspended track of the manipulator receives the bottom sleepers from the forming machine, and then transports them to a designated place, stacking them, where there is a queue for cleaning.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

jest elektronicznie sterowanym urz\u0105dzeniem do czyszczenia podk\u0142ad\u00f3w dolnych od DN500 - DN1500. Urz\u0105dzenie wyposa\u017cone w podajnik \u0142a\u0144cuchowy, kt\u00f3ry podaje podk\u0142ady dolne do komory czyszcz\u0105cej, gdzie nast\u0119puje wy\u015brodkowanie podk\u0142adu poprzez system centruj\u0105cy zamocowany z boku kabiny. Precyzyjne czyszczenie odbywa si\u0119 poprzez obrotowy krzy\u017cak, z zamontowanymi szczotkami drucianymi na ko\u0144cach, kt\u00f3re dok\u0142adnie oczyszczaj\u0105 ka\u017cd\u0105 kraw\u0119d\u017a podk\u0142adu. Krzy\u017cak czyszczarki posiada zakres opuszczania ramienia o 250mm, a k\u0105t rozstawu szczotek odbywa si\u0119 manualnie, dostosowuj\u0105c wymiary dla danego podk\u0142adu. Kabina czyszczarki wyposa\u017cona w unosz\u0105c\u0105 si\u0119 kurtyn\u0119, kt\u00f3ra odizolowuje operatora przed niebezpiecze\u0144stwem utraty zdrowia. Stalowe drzwi stacji czyszczenia wyposa\u017cone w czujnik, kt\u00f3ry w sytuacji otwarcia w czasie pracy maszyny, wy\u0142\u0105cza wszystkie procesy.
