Based on the main frame and the hydraulically rotating support table.
The drilling rig is used for drilling holes in bottoms and concrete tanks up to DN 3000mm (external \u00d8 3300mm), H-2650mm high and weighing up to 12,000 kg.
Taking into account the specific guidelines, this machine cannot be used for other tasks than it is intended for. It is based on the main frame and a hydraulically rotating table. Equipped with GRP side curtains against splashing of spoil.
The operator has a control panel with PLC control at his disposal, equipped with a fully touch HMI panel with a dialog window in which all technological parameters are given.
The maximum diameter of a drilled hole with the use of a suitable crown is \u00d81200, while the smallest hole \/ crown is \u00d8150. The drilling rig is equipped with a hydraulic unit with gradual adjustment of the drill speed, from 0 rpm. up to max. 400 rpm
After the product is positioned on the turntable and the drilling rig is zeroed, the operator coordinates the well inlet coordinate, the drilling rig will automatically adjust the height on the mast. The drilling is performed by the operator by selecting the appropriate rotation and clamping force using potentiometers. After drilling the borehole, the operator enters the coordinates of the outlet No. 1, the angle of the table, the height of the outlet is set automatically, in the drilling mode, the operator selects the rotation and clamping force manually. In order to maintain the service life, cooling water is constantly supplied to the drilling site. The operator can move the column by a value of +\/- 500mm from the axis, the shift takes place through a trapezoidal screw equipped with an encoder for precise positioning.<\/p>
