The specialized "Monolitstyr 3D milling machines" produced by our company are intended for milling EPS blocks (negative of the monolithic bottom kinet). Simple in construction and operation, they are also characterized by remarkable reliability and high innovation. The CNC control system with the CAD / CAM design program is completely delivered to the customer. The use of the latest servo drives communicating via Ethernet allowed for extremely fast and precise mapping of machined shapes by minimizing dynamic position errors. Equipping the CNC milling machine with a modern electrospindle allowed for high rotational speeds of the milling tool, while allowing suction / removal of the resulting output from the processing field, which then goes to the bags. Individual parameters guarantee the highest integrity of the system, and its innovation is achieved through the use of unique processing technologies developed in our company.
